We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed so that we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot cancel orders after they've been placed. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, we offer free returns, within the terms of our returns policy.
Once you place an order with us, we will provide you with an order confirmation email. in addition, we will send you an email once your purchase has been dispatched. If you do not receive your confirmation information within 24 hours, please feel free to contact customer care, to confirm that we have received your order.
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an item ordered is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact customer care. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

We also offer free express shipping on all orders over $400 or priced at $10 for orders under $400.
Express orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
Orders shipped via standard post will be delivered within 3-5 business days (from dispatch confirmation for all orders, provided by Australia Post). for WA, Far North QLD, NT and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery. All Kate Spade New York orders are wrapped with care and delivered in sustainably-sourced packaging.
Leather goods (including wallets & accessories) and jewellery items will arrive in a Kate Spade New York dustbag.Dresses & outerwear will arrive in a Kate Spade New York garment bag. Other Ready-to-Wear items will be wrapped in tissue paper. Footwear, fragrance and product care items are pre-boxed and will arrive in their original packaging.
Gift boxing is available and can be added to your order at checkout. Your items will arrive in signature Kate Spade New York tissue paper, sealed with a sticker, and packaged in a Kate Spade New York gift box.
